Why do I need this?
Early-stage startups can be complicated to manage; usually, there's a larger focus on hiring for design and development staff compared to operational staff that help an organization scale. While this is an important practice in prioritization, it leaves a lot of work for the operations staff to organize information and support this component-making, code-shipping machine.
That's where this template comes in. It leverages Notion's flexibility and Plus' reliability to centralize vast amounts of information about SaaS tools, company spend, company procedures, and more. Seeing all of your startup operations appear in one neat and understandable Notion page is pretty magical. 🦄
This template heavily relies on the use of an app called Plus. Plus is an application that allows you to take a "snapshot" of any website or application to turn data into live insights that stay up-to-date. Check out Plusdocs.com to try it out!

Checking in on the status of various company initiatives also falls under the responsibility of an operations manager at a startup. This serves as an easy way for one person to monitor the various cross-functional projects to learn their purpose and follow their progress.
